Joining the U.S. Military and Government team, the full-time Travel Consultant II will provide exceptional travel management services for federal clients, creating domestic and international travel arrangements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Create and manage travel arrangements including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations to enhance the travel experience Resolve issues and make changes to bookings, handling both routine and complex travel assignments Required qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in another customer service role Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre) U.S.

citizenship required due to Federal Government contract Genuine passion for high-quality customer service Military experience/certifications may substitute for some requirements
