User Access Certification Analyst Link Group Daily tasks: - Coordinate user access certification and recertification. - Support onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access management. - Review and validate user access using SailPoint and Active Directory. - Analyze access data, support audits, and ensure compliance. - Identify opportunities to automate and improve access management processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve access-related issues.

Musts: Active Directory, IAM, Audits, Security, Communication skills 3–4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Access Governance, or User Access Certification. Experience with user provisioning, access reviews, onboarding/offboarding, and role management. Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint , Active Directory , and data validation. Experience with IAM automation. SQL or advanced Excel. Experience supporting audits or working with ITSM/ticketing tools.

Understanding of security, compliance, and access governance principles. Strong analytical and communication skills. Fluent English. We are looking for a User Access Certification Analyst with 3–4+ years of IAM experience to support access governance across enterprise systems. You'll work with IT, Security, and business teams to ensure secure user access, manage certification activities, and improve IAM processes.
