About this role

Vendor Management Analyst Verita HR Daily tasks: - Monitor vendor performance using KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards. - Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and governance materials. - Support vendor review meetings by tracking actions and following up on remediation plans. - Analyse performance, risk, spend, and service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Risk teams to ensure effective vendor oversight.

- Contribute to process improvements and the standardisation of vendor management practices. Musts: Analysis, Reporting, Stakeholder management, Vendor Management Support the Vendor Management function by monitoring third-party performance, producing management reporting, maintaining performance scorecards, and supporting governance activities. The role focuses on ensuring vendors meet agreed service levels, identifying performance trends, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and structured follow-up.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience working with vendor performance metrics, governance, and service management processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Continuous improvement mindset with experience supporting process optimisation. Exposure to IT service management, third-party/vendor management, or supplier governance environments is an advantage.
