About this role

To support the Credentialing department, the remote Verification Examiner will complete practitioner credential verifications, ensuring compliance with standards and health plan expectations while maintaining a high accuracy rate. Key responsibilities Perform verification and updates in PROMIS, completing over 20 primary source verifications daily Verify current licenses, sanctions, and education of applicants through appropriate agencies Communicate with practitioners to obtain necessary information and maintain confidentiality of data Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED certificate required 1 year of computer experience, including word processing and spreadsheet applications Preferred experience in data entry and the healthcare industry Proficiency in MS Office Excellent verbal communication skills for customer service interactions
