📋 Description Serve as primary relationship manager for partners, including Dean/Provost leaders. Escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution and partner satisfaction. Maintain regular check-ins to monitor partner sentiment and drive improvements. Own revenue growth and GLF-driven opportunities across credential portfolios. Lead development and closing of new product opportunities with partner leadership. Remote across the U.S.; HQ in Arlington, VA with two in-person days.

🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 7-10 years' experience managing external clients/partners. Experience leading large-scale internal operations in matrix or established environments. Proven ability to drive strategy and growth in partnerships. Strong relationship management and communication with senior external stakeholders. Finance acumen (budgets, financial models) and data-driven decision making.
