About this role
To support patient care services, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Investigational Pharmacist will perform clinical pharmacy duties, including medication therapy management, drug dispensing, and collaboration with healthcare teams, while working partially onsite and remotely. Key responsibilities Collaborate with healthcare providers to individualize drug therapies and ensure safe transitions of care Monitor and modify drug regimens, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests Provide education and preceptorship to pharmacy residents and medical staff while participating in research projects Required qualifications Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy State of Washington Pharmacist License Two years of experience in pharmacy practice, with residency training substituting for experience
