About this role
To support the smooth operation of the Workday HCM platform, the full-time remote Workday Systems Administrator will manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, and oversee integrations with critical business systems while ensuring compliance and data integrity. Key responsibilities: Operate as the primary administrator for the Workday platform, managing Core HCM and connected modules Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday business processes and security settings to meet evolving operational needs Manage Workday semi-annual releases, including impact analysis, regression testing, and validation Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration experience across multiple modules Strong proficiency in configuring Workday business processes and security roles Experience with integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) Workday Pro certification in one or more modules preferred
