About this role

Workfront Specialist Square One Resources Daily tasks: - Gathering and analyzing business requirements for the Workfront PoC. - Configuring Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion to support business processes. - Validating Workfront capabilities and recommending solution improvements. - Supporting migration activities, including data mapping, cutover, and knowledge transfer. Musts: Worfront Strong Adobe Workfront administration experience, including configuration, custom forms, access levels, queues, approvals, and workflow setup (beyond power-user knowledge).

Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion for integrations and process automation. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workfront solutions, including conducting discovery sessions and defining the right approach. Proven experience migrating legacy work management platforms to Adobe Workfront, including process mapping, migration planning, cutover activities, and decommissioning of previous solutions.

Optional Experience setting up Adobe Workfront as a shared enterprise platform supporting multiple teams and business functions. Background in creative operations, marketing operations, or similar environments. Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills, including creating training materials and enabling users. Familiarity with other work management and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Monday.com) and experience supporting migration from these platforms.

Understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Adobe ecosystem, particularly Creative Cloud. The project involves running a short-term Proof of Concept (PoC) to assess Adobe Workfront’s capabilities and validate how it can support new business processes currently managed through another tool. The engagement will focus on discovery, configuration, automation, and evaluation of potential future adoption, with an expected duration of 2–3 months.
