Requirements 1-2 years of experience with software defined radios. Experience in programming SDRs using GNURadio and Python. Intellectually agile and willing to learn new skills. Experience with SDRs, their programming and their use is a must. SDR experience can include hobbyist level SDRs to full high fidelity systems. Must be a U.S. citizen. Candidate Differentiators: Effective technical skills (including experience in modulation techniques, circuits design and analysis).

The ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in Team Environment. Personnel Clearance Level: Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Top Secret security clearance. Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering or related field of study.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive): Assist in the development of new RF technology/systems and provide existing product sustenance of MIL-SPEC compliant prototypes. Interact with customers and other engineers to develop designs for prototypes. Assist in developing modulation schemes based on customer input and test data. Salary Range: USD 65,000 - USD 85,000 annually.
