Clear terms for using Jobero

1. The service

Jobero searches for relevant job opportunities and prepares supporting application documents from the CV and preferences you provide. A standard search aims to deliver seven selected roles with a tailored CV and cover letter for each.

Job listings can change or close without notice. We cannot guarantee that an employer will keep a role open, invite you to interview or offer employment.

2. Your information and responsibilities

• You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
• You agree to review every document before using it in an application.
• You remain responsible for deciding which roles to pursue and what information to send to employers.
• Please do not submit confidential information that is not needed for your job search.

3. Payments and search credits

Jobero is a pay-as-you-go service. There is no subscription. Payment is taken before a search begins, and unused search credits do not expire. If a technical problem prevents us from delivering a purchased search, contact support so we can investigate and put it right.

4. Tailored documents

Jobero uses automated systems, including AI, to help evaluate roles and prepare documents. We instruct those systems to use only the experience and qualifications in your CV, but you should always check the final wording before applying.

5. Fair use and availability

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it or use it for unlawful activity. We may pause access where necessary to protect customers, our systems or third parties. We work to keep Jobero reliable, but occasional maintenance or service interruptions may occur.

6. Privacy

We process your CV, preferences and account information to provide your search. Employer sharing applies only when you actively choose it. Read our Privacy page for more information.
