Requirements 10-12 years of relevant experience. Ability to provide military aviation expertise to support joint training, test, and evaluation activities. Ability to coordinate manned and unmanned aviation, ISR, C2, fires, and multi-domain capabilities into test events and exercises. Must be a U.S. citizen. Personnel Clearance Level: Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.

Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study. Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive): Serve as an Operations SME and Joint Forces Planner, providing military aviation expertise to support joint training, test, and evaluation activities. Develop and integrate operationally realistic scenarios, mission profiles, CONOPS, and training objectives representative of joint and contested environments.

Coordinate manned/unmanned aviation, ISR, C2, fires, and multi-domain capabilities into test events and exercises. Support test planning, mission execution, data collection, and operational assessment to evaluate system capabilities and mission effectiveness. Identify capability gaps, operational risks, and lessons learned, translating results into actionable recommendations for tactics, training, and future test requirements.

Salary Range : USD 107,000 - USD 142,000 annually.
