The position is based in Sant Cugat, Barcelona. You speak Spanish at a C2 level and you would like to be part of an international company? ABOUT THE ROLE You will focus in contract renewal, retention and upsell of existing clients (B2B) Take care of our customer portfolio Customer support via phone and e-mail Solve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate. Take ownership of new customers by onboarding and helping them configure their accounts. Implement customer development strategies by taking care of the clients in initial guidance, technical support and training services.

Support the Controlling Department in the process of cancellation, cash collection and debt mediation.
