Spektrum is supporting the client in identifying high-quality professionals who can contribute to this international environment and help strengthen the organisation as it continues to grow. Role ID – FF-001-3 Role Duties and Responsibilities Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close for the Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and Luxembourg entities Prepare and review statutory financial statements under local GAAP and reconcile these to IFRS group reporting Design, document and maintain group accounting procedures, close calendars and internal controls Own balance sheet integrity: reconciliations, intercompany, accruals, fixed assets, leases and FX Lead, structure and develop the accounting team — set priorities, review work and build capability Act as primary counterpart to tax advisors and auditors in each jurisdiction Own accounting workstreams in the Oracle NetSuite implementation and post go-live configuration (chart of accounts, close process, approval workflows) Support VAT and other statutory filings in cooperation with local advisors Contribute to group, audit and board reporting cycles Skills, Experience and Certifications Must have: Several years in a comparable accounting management or senior accountant role in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment; <span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0
