Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or NO-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Projecting and analyzing status to shape the workforce, organization, and contract strategy to enhance the effective allocation and use of resources; Support decision-making, planning, and program analysis using multiple forms of metrics, tools, reports, and analyses; Budgeting functions and duties associated with the budget process and phases; analyzing and evaluating effectiveness of program/project operations; and anticipating and/or identify financial issues and recommending corrective actions.
