TO QUALIFY FOR THE NT-05 POSITION: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: analyzing or evaluating methods to identify issues or provide technical support with technology transfer programs for the effectiveness of business operations and partnerships.
