About this role

TO QUALIFY FOR THE NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-3 pay band (GS-09/10 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying methods, principles, and practices of the human resources functional areas of recruitment, position classification, or employee relations to interpret regulations or assist management in making decisions for workforce.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-2 pay band (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying basic human resource management principles to develop techniques for recruitment or position classification.
