About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/GS-12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating acquisition plans and techniques for pre-award and post-award functions to improve the efficiency and execution of program operations.

Examples of qualifying experience may include: (1) developing and maintaining long-term acquisition plans; (2) determining methods of procurement and contract types, documenting acquisition strategies, and securing appropriate approvals; (3) applying a comprehensive understanding of federal contracting regulations; (4) managing productive relationships with vendors and contracting partners.
