Here are its scale and maturity in numbers: - 6PB+ Ceph storage - 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems - 300k+ service requests/sec processed - 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed As our AI Enablement Lead, you will be the internal authority on applied AI - identifying where AI creates leverage, leading adoption initiatives, and ensuring teams have the tools, workflows, and knowledge to deliver real value.

Operating at the intersection of engineering capability and business outcomes, you will translate experimentation into production-grade enablement while working closely with the Director of Engineering, EMs, Staff Engineers, and key business stakeholders.
