Areas of Consideration: Area 1 - Current permanent and indefinite T32 technicians of the Oregon ANG. Area 2 - Current permanent and indefinite T5 employees of the Oregon ANG. Area 3 - Current service members in the Oregon ANG. Area 4 - Individuals in the active duty US Air Force, Air Force Reserve, or Air National Guard. Area 5 - US Citizens eligible to meet the military requirements for membership in the Oregon ANG. GENERAL and SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Work involves positions concerned with the direct management of an industrial production activity, including related and support activities, such as engineering, quality control, transportation, supply, etc, with responsibility for determining requirements for facilities, funds and manpower.

Administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates the candidate s ability to perform the duties of the position. Experience using computer and automation systems. GS-11 - experience, education or training program or managerial experience in a type of work or a combination of functions directly related to the business or industry position to be filled or in comparable work or functions. Experience developing and recommending policy; organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of operations.

Experience in supervisory, staff or technical work which included study, analysis or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of managerial or administrative policies, practices and procedures. Experience preparing written communications and oral presentations. Specialized experience time requirements of 1-year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-9 in duties that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled.

OR B. Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. Education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. OR C. A combination of Experience as described in "A" above and Education as described in "B" above.
