About this role

Your Role As an Intern, you will work with General Legal Counsel and the legal team on drafting and assisting in negotiating various contracts. A Day in the Life ● Assisting in drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision. Engaging with internal stakeholders or clients to gather information and provide support on legal matters. ● Support the team in the review of vendor contracts such as NDA, Amendments, MSA and SOWs.

● Provide legal opinion on company policies and processes under supervision ● Regulatory research and compliance ● Liaise with internal counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, IP related matters etc. ● Drive efficiency in contracting and other legal processes What You Need ● Law degree (L.L.B. or equivalent) from a reputable law university, with excellent academic achievement ● Eligible to enroll under NATS (Board of Apprenticeship Training) as a Graduate Apprentice.
