About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience interpreting and applying policies (DOD, Navy, OPM, and local Human Resources Award, etc.) and regulations to include incentives and recognition programs.

Experience processing actions related to monetary and honorary awards, bonuses, and special pay. Experience utilizing strong oral and written communication skills, Experience managing multiple actions and deadlines, while coordinating with management, HR offices, and payroll to ensure accurate and timely execution of awards and pay actions. Experience administering and conducting military ranking boards.
