4. Effectively coordinates with external Directorate groups of intelligence, scientific, technical, and operational entities to achieve operational or community impact through the application of technical collection capabilities. 5. Is flexible and responds in a timely fashion to changing requirements, priorities, and short deadlines. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Technical expertise to support biological threats mission areas (e.g.

biodefense, WMD emerging and disruptive technology). 2. Experience supporting or conducting intelligence collection operations (e.g. HUMINT and/or MASINT/TechINT technical operations). Basic Requirements 1. Degree: biological sciences, agriculture, natural resource management, chemistry, or related disciplines appropriate to the position. OR 2. Combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major, as shown in A above, plus appropriate experience or additional education.
