📋 Description Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partners across multiple verticals (DeFi Apply internet-thinking frameworks to relationship management — treat partner outreach as a funnel Develop and execute new growth initiatives to expand the Orderly ecosystem Collaborate with BD, DevRel, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement ecosystem growth Engage with builders, investors, exchanges, and infrastructure providers to drive ecosystem growth Manage grants programs and hackathon participation to attract builders to build on Orderly and 🎯 Requirements Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese — you can switch seamlessly between both Energetic and early-career — you're young, hungry, and eager to prove yourself; we value drive and Internet-native mindset — you naturally think in terms of funnels, pipelines, tracking systems, and 2+ years of experience in ecosystem growth, BD, partnerships, or portfolio support at a blockchain You are biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities You are no-ego, adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented
