The GS-13 salary range starts at USD 106,437.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.

Specialized experience is experience optimizing business processes to improve customer relationship management and contract management. Such experience must include utilizing electronic-business, customer relationship management (CRM), and business intelligence (BI) systems: Performing audits concerning contract and customer data management for organizational compliance; Conducting analytical studies to benchmark metrics to identify performance gaps, establish realistic goals, and implement targeted improvements to drive business success; Reviewing contract and customer data to ensure compliance with contractual terms; and Compiling data to translate technical reports into presentations for customers and/or senior management.
