About this role
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience directing/managing one or more Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs for a garrison, or similar civilian operation, for at least one year. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess two or more years of experience managing one or more businesses or recreation program (such as a gym, community center, after-school program, or MWR facility) Possess experience submitting capital improvement or construction projects (for example, renovation proposals, equipment purchases for multi use facilities, or facility repairs)? Possess demonstrated work experience with budgeting systems or financial tools to track and analyze funding (such as Excel based trackers, SMIRF, or any financial tracking system)? Possess experience in developing standard operating procedures and strategic plans, addressing resources, facilities, and programs? **Applicants that meet the highly preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
