GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: Reviewing and conducting analysis of certification criteria; and Conducting eligibility reviews, business processes or operations related to such reviews; and Adhering to legal requirements of due process within a complex organization, structure, and program.
