You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Experience leading or coordinating large multidisciplinary groups that support mission-critical data, digital products, system, or business process improvement efforts, including gathering requirements, documenting needs, tracking deliverables, and supporting implementation; And - Experience reviewing policies, regulations, legal requirements, security standards, or technical documentation to identify requirements, gaps, or needed updates, and developing written guidance, procedures, or documentation that supports compliance, decision-making, or system/product implementation; And - Experience analyzing financial management systems, workflows, or data management practices to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support alignment with policy requirements, technical standards, or organizational priorities.
