TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): There is NO requirement to prepare a narrative statement specifically addressing the Technical Qualifications (TQs). However, to meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, you must show that you possess the TQS within your resume - NOT TO EXCEED 2 PAGES. Resumes over the 2-page limit, will be disqualified. Technical Qualifications: TQ 1: Demonstrated expertise in architecting and delivering large-scale, cloud-native software modernization programs.

This includes applying advanced Agile and DevSecOps engineering methodologies, establishing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and enforcing zero-trust security architectures within a highly secure environment. TQ 2: Technical expertise in executing IT acquisition frameworks, specifically the DoW Software Acquisition Pathway (DoWI 5000.87). Candidate must demonstrate the ability to establish rigorous engineering standards, evaluate complex technical task orders, and provide authoritative oversight of contracted digital modernization partners to ensure secure, high-velocity capability delivery.

Requirements for the 2210 series as listed below: Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
