About this role

Required Qualifications: Applicants must possess a master's degree (a Doctorate or other terminal or professional degree is preferred) from a regionally accredited institution of higher education (or international equivalent and demonstrate the following: the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Executive leadership experience leading a complex organization or institution, with responsibility for strategic planning, enterprise performance, organizational transformation, workforce development, and resource management achieving enterprise-level objectives.

A proven record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives, lead organizational change, manage enterprise risk, and achieve measurable organizational results in complex operating environment. Demonstrated ability to lead through change, manage organizational risk, build consensus and achieve results across complex stakeholder environments. This includes building strategic partnerships. Desired Qualifications While not required, exceptional candidates will provide demonstrated evidence of one or more of the following: Working with or supporting the Intelligence Community, national security enterprise, or related mission areas is highly desirable.

Planning and executing strategic management of information, resources, and budgets in support of mission and organizational goals. Leading strategic organizational transformation, innovation initiatives, or enterprise modernization efforts. Overseeing graduate education, professional military education, executive education, or workforce development programs. Building interagency, international, academic, or industry partnerships that advanced strategic objectives.

Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
