About this role

Knowledge of higher education principles, theories, and practices related to curriculum development, instructional design, academic program review, and regional/specialized accreditation standards. Knowledge of the policies, regulations, and directives of the Department of War (DoW), United States Air Force(USAF), and Air University (AU) as they apply to professional military education and institutional operations. Skilled in applying advanced analytical and evaluative methods to assess academic programs, interpret complex policy, and resolve issues concerning institutional effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Skilled in communicating complex information, both orally and in writing, to diverse audiences, including the development and presentation of executive-level reports, briefings, and policy guidance. Ability to provide leadership and expert guidance for academic programs, manage complex processes such as program reviews, and collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve institutional objectives.

Ability to develop, implement, and oversee academic policies, curriculum frameworks, and quality assurance processes in a complex higher education environment. In order to qualify, a candidate must meet the education and/or experience requirements described. The candidate's resume must clearly describe relevant experience, transcripts will be required as part of the application.
