Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: Experience providing advice to management officials regarding an organization's administrative and technical policies and procedures. Experience planning, organizing, executing, and controlling an organization's resources, strategic plan, and organizational performance functions.

Experience leading a diverse group of individuals, responsible for a variety of activities while creating an environment in which people thrive as a team, as well as accomplish their individual best.
