Purpose of the role Claims move faster when the administration behind them is right first time. In 18 months, our claims team will have a dependable administrative backbone: customer files complete, third party information chased and captured, and queries answered quickly. You are the person who keeps the detail straight so handlers can get on with settling claims. What you will be doing Answer customer queries by email quickly and accurately, so claims keep moving.

Chase and capture information from third parties, so handlers have what they need to progress a claim. Keep customer files, claims data and internal systems accurate and up to date. Support the wider claims team on investigations and with third party providers. Deliver a consistently high standard of customer and administrative support across a high volume of cases. Grow into a claims specialist, taking on more responsibility as the team expands.

What you will need to be successful Administrative and customer experience. You have worked in an administrative, customer centric environment. Comfortable with the daily basics. Filing, opening the post, scanning, and keeping systems updated. An eye for detail. You spot what is missing, and you build rapport easily while you sort it out. Prioritisation. You can multitask, set priorities and manage your time effectively.

Positive and proactive. You are keen to learn, flexible, and you take on new challenges willingly. You work AI-first. You will use AI daily here, and we mean daily. You do not need to arrive an expert, but you do need to arrive curious, experiment fast, and take ownership of getting good quickly. People who wait to be trained will find this uncomfortable.
