This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: Ability To Lead Or Supervise, performing duties such as: *Reviewing and analyzing work accomplishments of subordinate crews to evaluate progress, control costs, and anticipate problems, recommending corrective action to project and production leadership.
*Determining resource requirements, materials, and the number of subordinates and the types of skill necessary to accomplish long-range work schedules. *Assigning and explaining work requirements and operating instructions to subordinate supervisors and set deadlines and establishing the sequence of work operations to be followed. *Recommending promotion or reassignment of subordinate supervisors, making formal appraisals of their performance, and determining their training needs.
*Ensuring the consistent application of all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
