All applicants must possess two forms of identification. To be considered for this position, the applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or a Legal U.S. Resident for a minimum of 3 years. Business Based Action, Military Spouse Preference, Outside Applicant Veteran, Spouse/Widow/Parent of Veteran, and Transition Hiring Preference In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must be knowledgeable in the support of current Windows Workstation and Server operating systems. Must be familiar with troubleshooting Windows operating systems, software applications, and hardware in a network environment.

Must be able to work well with others in a variety of circumstances. Must be able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Must be able to adapt to work by picking up new ideas and procedures quickly. Must be able to satisfactorily obtain a Secret Clearance (T3/T3R). Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Position is a position of trust.
