About this role

For the DA-3 Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5-8 grade level or DA-2 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Entering data into automated systems and reviewing transactions to ensure data is correct; 2) Working in a Federal contract writing system; 3) Preparing Statements of Work and/or Performance Work Statements for Federal contracts; 4) Reading and interpreting Federal regulations, guidance and policies; 5) Preparing for negotiations / discussions / awards by reviewing audit and technical reports, performing cost and/or price analysis (or reviewing price analysts reports), and developing pre-negotiation positions; 6) Negotiating terms and conditions (including price) based on the pre-negotiation objective and give-and-take with the offer or to establish a fair and reasonable price.

For the DA-2 Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-1-4 grade level or DA-1 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
