In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Executing construction, Architect and Engineering contracts to include facility requirements and military construction (MILCON) standards; AND 2) Preparing acquisition strategies, drafting solicitations, and conducting pre-award negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms; AND 3) Navigating formal source selection processes, evaluating technical and price proposals, and executing legally sound high-value contract awards; AND 4) Administrating post-award actions including processing complex modifications, managing schedules, mitigating construction delays, and managing Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARs).
