About this role

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience: For GS-12: At or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing both pre-award and post-award contracting functions for complex supply and service requirements.

Developing formal acquisition and source selection plans. Conducting market research and cost/price analysis. Performing post-award administration functions such as contract modifications, claims, or settlements. For GS-11: At or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing pre-award and post-award contracting functions for supplies and services.

Assisting with or developing acquisition plans and performing market research. Applying cost and price analysis techniques to evaluate bids or proposals. Assisting with or performing post-award administration functions, including contract modifications.
