About this role

P10 is seeking a Copy Supervisor to join our creative team. In this role you’re responsible for generating ideas and shaping the work. You bring a proactive mindset, a consistent creative voice, and the ability to connect tactical execution to broader brand and strategic objectives. You see the full business picture, understand the implications of creative decisions on the brand, and confidently move work forward across multiple projects.

You are comfortable stepping outside the brief when appropriate, contributing to ideation and engagement planning, and elevating the thinking behind the work. This role also requires an understanding of agency process and procedures such as routing, client med-legal processes, and tactical pull-through. This is an individual contributor role. It reports to an Associate Creative Director.
