Customer Success Manager

Munich

About this role

ABOUT THE ROLE As the first Customer Success Manager, you'll own the full customer journey — from onboarding through expansion — ensuring every customer gets measurable value from an AI-powered platform that automates quoting and order processing for distributors and manufacturers. You'll work directly alongside the CPO, sales, and engineering teams, making this a high-visibility role that shapes both product direction and company growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle from sales handoff through onboarding, adoption, and expansion. - Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for customers, driving long-term satisfaction and retention. - Lead onboarding and implementation processes to ensure fast time-to-value and sustained engagement. - Run workshops and training sessions to accelerate product adoption and share best practices.

- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights that directly influence the product roadmap. - Help customers identify and realise measurable savings and efficiency gains, including support during key negotiations. - Manage accounts to drive retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term strategic partnerships. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure customer needs shape development priorities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship management in a SaaS or B2B environment. - Demonstrated ability to deliver customer onboarding, training sessions, and workshops that drive product adoption. - Confident communicator who can engage and build trust with C-level stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly.

- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams. - Proactive, empathetic, and motivated to grow with an early-stage startup. - Native-level German and fluent English — both are essential for this role. - Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites. - Background in construction, supply chain, or trades is a strong plus. LOCATION This is a fully on-site role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.

Five days a week in-office, with occasional customer travel. Visa sponsorship is not available.
