You can move comfortably between product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, integration discussions, and customer success reviews. The Mission As a Customer Success & Solutions Manager, you will own the customer journey from late-stage sales through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing growth.

You will work directly with customers to understand their business needs, demonstrate product capabilities, guide implementations, and ensure they achieve measurable value from our solutions. You will serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to create a seamless customer experience across one or more digital products. Key Responsibilities Support the Sales Process: Partner with Sales teams to demonstrate product capabilities, answer customer questions, and help prospects evaluate solutions.

Lead Onboarding & Adoption: Guide customers through onboarding, training, and configuration activities while driving long-term product adoption and engagement. Coordinate Implementations & Integrations: Work with customers and internal teams to support implementation activities, integrations, and data exchange requirements. Manage Customer Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong customer relationships and ensuring customers realize ongoing value from our products.

Capture Customer Feedback: Gather customer needs, enhancement requests, and product feedback, partnering with Product Management to shape future improvements. Customer-Facing Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Account Management, Product Support, or a similar role. SaaS or Digital Product Experience: Experience supporting software, SaaS platforms, digital products, or technology-enabled services in a customer-facing capacity.

Demonstration & Training Skills: Comfortable delivering product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and customer training for both business and technical audiences. Technical Aptitude: Able to understand integrations, data flows, APIs, and technical concepts while working effectively with engineering teams. Communication & Organization: Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.

You build trust quickly with end users, business stakeholders, and internal teams. You are proactive, organized, curious, and accountable for results. Compensation The expected salary for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role.

Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
