Our client Call Power is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

Perfect for those who aim to: Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat and email; Help customers with account verification, deposits, withdrawals, and platform navigation; Resolve day-to-day customer requests independently and involve relevant teams when needed; Create a positive customer experience through clear, helpful, and empathetic communication; Work in a fast-changing iGaming environment and quickly adapt to new processes and information; Identify customer needs and introduce relevant bonuses or offers when appropriate; Maintain strong service quality while meeting individual and team performance goals; Work 12 hour shifts, primarily on a 2/2 schedule, including approximately 3-4 night shifts per month.

Experience you’ll need to bring: 1+ year of experience as a Customer Support Agent, Customer Support Representative, Customer Service Agent, or in a similar customer role, preferably within iGaming or another B2C industry; Experience supporting customers via live chat, email, or other digital channels; Upper-Intermediate English or higher, both written and spoken; Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and information; Experience with account verification, deposits, withdrawals, or similar customer requests will be a plus.
