About this role

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Designing, executing, and overseeing data analysis projects and studies that are necessary for mission-critical work; AND - Researching and evaluating new procedures, laws, regulations, and analytic tools; AND - Communicating the status and results of data analysis activities and resource use through effective written and oral communication.

In addition to meeting specialized experience, individuals must meet proficiency levels in each of the following competencies: Decision Making, Information Management, Oral Communication, Problem Solving, and Technical Competence. A Structured Interview may be used to determine if you meet the required proficiency levels. You will be interviewed in person/by phone/virtually about past experience or hypothetical situations.

Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
