You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service that includes coordinating and integrating major program segments involving professional, scientific, technical, managerial, or administrative work with a strong understanding to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Enterprise (CRE) training, and DOTMLPF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities) analytical products.
Planning, programming, and overseeing operational and organizational requirements, including long-range objectives, resource determinations, and training execution, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and priorities. Preparing and delivering high-level reports, briefings, and analyses to senior executives, Command leadership, and external agencies on programs, policies, DOTMLPF analytics, and modernization initiatives.
Experience resolving highly complex operational issues and recommending solutions with substantial organizational impact. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
