About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of business administration and public administration, with a good working knowledge of Navy shore operations; 2) Providing leadership, direction, management, productivity, and cost effectiveness of Region Operations programs, to include Airfield Operations, Port Operations, Force Protection, Fire and Emergency Services, Safety, Operational Training and Exercises, Emergency Management, the Region Operations Center functions and programs; 3) Working with installation Commanding Officers, major claimants, region coordinators, and Fleet and Numbered staffs to coordinate region mission capabilities to meet operational and mission requirements.
