About this role

To qualify for pay band 3A applicants must meet the following: Qualifying experience for Pay Band 3A includes one year of specialized experience (comparable to the Pay Band 3B or GS-14 or equivalent non-federal experience), which is directly related to the work of this position, and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. For this position, examples of specialized experience are: interpreting, applying and providing subject matter expertise on Anti-fraud and Corruption regulations, policies and procedures; advising senior leaders on anti- fraud and corruption methodologies, program operations, allegations and activities; developing and implementing fraud and corruption program operations, processes, frameworks and methodologies; and communicating, orally and in writing, to develop and present training, technical guidance, documents, operational procedures, and related materials.

Note: This experience must be well documented with your resume/application. Time-in-Grade: Time-in-grade requirements apply. You must have one year of Federal service equivalent to Pay Band 3B or GS-14 to be eligible for Pay Band 3A. MCC also takes the selectee's skill set into account. Applicants should note that salary offers seldom fall near the upper end of the salary range listed in the vacancy announcement. Salary may be set from the minimum to the midpoint of the salary range of the pay band. In some instances, based on a selectee's extensive experience directly related to the position, salary may be set at or above the mid-point up to the maximum salary for that pay band.
