About this role

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Five years of experience that demonstrates executive management skills involving planning, coordinating, and directing diversified food service and lodging operations. A thorough knowledge of business practices, economic principles and ability to analyze trends and make improvements. Must demonstrate the ability to deal effectively with superiors, subordinates, vendors, and the public. Ability to evaluate, negotiate, and screen and select potentially successful vendors.

This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required. FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE DUTY STATEMENT: The incumbent of this position participates substantially through decision or exercise of significant judgment in taking official action for: contracting or procurement, administering or monitoring federally conferred financial or operational benefits, regulating or auditing a non-federal entity, or other activities in which final decision making or action may have a direct and substantial economic impact on the interests of the organization.

The incumbent is required to file an annual Confidential Financial Disclosure Form OGE 450 to avoid conflict of interest or to carry out the purpose of any statute, executive order, or regulation applicable to or administered by the employee. BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION: Ability to successfully obtain/maintain a Tier 3 background investigation.
