GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with skill in collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately; knowledge of applicable laws, directives, regulations, policies, and procedures; skill in interpersonal communications, empathy, and effective listening; ability to organize thoughts, research materials, and manage case projects; skill in comprehending and interpreting directives and laws; ability to enunciate without impediment of speech that would interfere or prohibit effective communications; ability to write reports and presentation formats; and ability to communicate orally and in writing, clearly and effectively.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have one year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. Must have experience planning, organizing, resourcing, and directing the execution of a wide range of complex inspection activities for the wing Commander's Inspection Program (CCIP). Must have experience overseeing compliance, plans, and conducts By-Law, Special Emphasis Items (SEI), Special Interest Items (SII), Command Interest Items (CII) and nuclear assurance inspections as outlined by requirements from the DoD, DAF, NGB, and G-MAJCOM.

Must have experience reviewing the adequacy and currency of installation exercise policy guidance and instructions, and updates as necessary to incorporate program changes or to address areas where improvement is required. Must have experience organizing and analyzing data from inspections and exercises across the DoD with the goal of identifying and communicating trends. Experience applying an extensive knowledge of installation operations and DoD, DAF, and G-MAJCOM guidance to direct complex strategic planning and exercise efforts; overseeing and managing the WIT conducting inspection and exercise activities; serving as a qualified complaint resolution representative providing advisory services to individuals, other staff offices, managers, supervisors, and employees concerning the IG program and processes.
