About this role

Leading the development of a new AI platform, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will define and deliver shared platform components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the architecture and drive product strategies in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled solutions Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and unmet needs Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience 7-10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior role Proven track record of launching and scaling complex software products Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management Experience overseeing AI product portfolios and enterprise AI transformation initiatives
