About this role

Seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Product Operations, this full-time remote position will manage and scale the Product Operations discipline, oversee a team of Product Program Managers, and drive innovation in operational workflows by leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and quality across product processes. Key responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Product Launch & Readiness processes Oversee the strategy and execution of the Product Knowledge team, maintaining accurate and accessible product documentation Establish feedback systems to integrate customer insights into product prioritization and enhance the product delivery lifecycle Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Product Management in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment 4+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams Demonstrated success in building or maturing a Product Operations function at an enterprise scale Proven ability to integrate AI technologies into operational workflows Experience managing product knowledge bases and technical communication frameworks
