For this position, the following Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs) have been established and should be addressed within the resume application. MTQ1. Demonstrated significant legal experience and expertise in foreign litigation and international legal matters involving the interests of the United States. MTQ2. Demonstrated executive leadership experience managing complex legal organizations and programs supporting litigation and governmental operations.

MTQ3. Demonstrated experience providing strategic legal counsel and representing organizations on complex interagency, international, and policy matters.
